The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are not all that bad, with tiled floors, a new table, and desk, along with new flat-screen TVs; however, there wasn't much of a selection. The location is excellent, situated next to a golf course on a small hill overlooking the Naval and Submarine Base, just adjacent to Playa Grande, offering good access to nearby beaches and restaurants. On the downside, it can be noisy on the harbor side.
